Sitting at Stevens Pass! Made it through White Pass, and Snoqualmie. Very limited internet here, so photos will have to wait. Only 193 miles left. It seems weird to be this close. I’m relaxing on the trail, even though the last three days consisted of 18,000 feet of elevation gain. Soon this journey will be over and I’ll return to civilization, but for now I’m going to soak it all in and try to make sense of this whole adventure and everything that’s happened in the last 5 months. The northern Cascades have been incredible so far, and the best is yet to come.

Stehekin and then Canada next!

Good luck on the last leg of your trip. I enjoyed seeing all of your adventures on the mountains, cliffs overlooking the falls, the bears, deer, and the sunsets. The pictures were fantastic. It was a vacation that I could never take. Thank you Aunt Kathy

I MISS YOU AND PLEASE POST PICS. I’ll take some ferns, waterfalls, maybe some more fearless backcountry deer. I’d also like to see some aquatic creatures like frogs or newts but I think you’re moving too fast for them.
